Prayer in Crl.OP.No.2294 of 2015 : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to Crime No.430 of 2014 on the file of respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the respondent police have completed investigation in both the cases and Final Reports have also been filed.

5. Under such circumstances, these petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh quash application challenging the Final Report on the ground that the parties have arrived at a compromise.
