2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer that is sought in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2021 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
