PRAYER:

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.2503/2017 Sa.Pa dated 22.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to approve the resolutions passed by the Board of Directors of D.K.142, The Krishnagiri District Anganwadi Workers and Assistants Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society Ltd., in the Board Meeting dated 14.05.2017.
