Despite the fact that this Court had already directed the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, to dispose of the suits within a period of four (4) months, the same are not yet disposed of.

2. Earlier order was passed by this Court on 29.06.2017 and extension of time has been sought for by the Additional Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, only in the year 2019.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff also appeared before this Court and assured that the trial would be completed within a period of three months.

4. Considering the intervening vacation, both suits have to be finally disposed of on or before 30.08.2019 and no further extension of time will be granted. Any unnecessary adjournment taken by the plaintiff or other parties may also be noted by the learned Judge in trying the suits.
