Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to promote the petitioner in the cadre of Conservancy Inspector under the respondents w.e.f. 23.07.2007 on taking into account of the petitioner's seniority w.e.f. 16.04.1999 in the cadre of Sanitary Supervisor / Conservancy Maistry by accepting the petitioner educational qualification and service experience on placing the name of the petitioner in the appropriate place in the seniority list of the promotion for Conservancy Inspector by making necessary entries in the service register regarding petitioner's regularisation, seniority, service particulars, educational qualifications etc. with all other monetary and other service benefits which are all payable to the petitioner pursuant to the representation, dated 12.05.2016 made to the respondents within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.
