Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of online rejection passed by the respondent, dated 30.08.2013, quash the same and direct the respondent to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner and his children (1) P.Santhosh and (2) P.Sakthipriya that they belong to Kattunayakan (ST) Community based upon the report of the competent District Level Vigilance Committee in Na.Ka.K.4/47140/2003, dated 30.08.2006 passed in favour of the petitioner. ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by V.Dhanapalan,J) When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has been granted by the authority concerned and the Community Certificates as sought for by the petitioner for himself and for his children, had been issued. This submission is endorsed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
