Aggrieved over the long pendency of the appeal, the appellant/landlord is before this Court. According to the petitioner, the appeal was filed on 01.09.2017. Even though the matter was posted for argument as early as on 21.12.2017 it is not concluded. Hence the petitioner prays for an early disposal of the proceedings.
