This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.06.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.137/2016, before the second respondent.
