A.No. 3517 of 2019:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the 1st defendant to furnish seurity for the suit amount for his appearance, pending the disposal of the above suit.

A.No. 4670 of 2019:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to order attachment of the A and B Schedule properties belonging to the 1 st defendant as stated in the Judges Summons if the 1 st defendant fails to furnish security for the suit among of Rs.1,88,65,000/- together with 18% p.a. or until such security is furnished by the 1 st defendant, pending disposal of the suit C.S.No.319 of 2019. The attachment order has to be effected through the Munsif Cout at Maduranthagam. These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- In terms of the orders dated 02.11.2020 & 04.12.2020, the attachment of the property has been effected. Since the attachment has been effected, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Accordingly, both these applications are

disposed of.

2.Learned counsel for the defendants seek time to file written statement.
