This application has been filed seeking leave to file the suit against the defendants in this Court.

2. The suit is one for recovery of money based on advance made by the plaintiff and the returned cheques. It is seen from the loan agreement, which has been produced as document along with the suit that the said agreement entered into at Chennai and cheques have been issued at Chennai.

3. Considering the fact that part of the cause of action arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and defendants are residing and carrying on businesses outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the defendants in this Court. 25.04.2019 kkn http://www.judis.nic.in
