Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to invoke the penal provisions of Section 20(1) & (2) of RTI Act, against the second respondent for violation of Section 7 (1) of the RTI Act, and thereby enforce the mandatory penalties prescribed by the statute, and consequently direct the second respondent to provide the requisite information to the petitioner besides awarding compensation of Rs.50,000/- as per Section 19 (8) (b) of RTI Act.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent by invoking Sections 20 (1) & (2) of RTI Act, against the 2nd & 3rd respondents for violation of Sections 7

(1) & 6 (3) of the RTI Act and enforce the mandatory penalties prescribed by the statute and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to provide the petitioner the requisite information, besides awarding compensation of Rs.50,000/- as per Section 19
