ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 04.06.2013 in W.P. No.13455 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents represented that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners also confirmed the same, however submitted that there is no clarity on the 2/5

calculation made by the respondents while paying the arrears to the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General fairly submitted that the petitioners would be furnish with the calculation sheets as and when the petitioners approach the second respondent.

4. In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, while directing the second respondent to furnish the calculation sheets in respect of the amounts already paid to the petitioners. 20.08.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No mtl 3/5
