(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 22.02.2021 and pass suitable orders.

2. According to the petitioner, he has purchased the property to an extent of 4.17 acres in Survey Nos.57/1C and 57/2 situated at Etha Nemili Village, Tindivanam. Thereafter, he has made an application to the 2nd respondent to transfer patta in his favour as early as 22.02.2021. But, so far, his application was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
