O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner/Accused in Crl.O.P.No.10254 of 2020 dated on 17.07.2020.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.10254 of 2020 on 17.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10254 of 2020 on 17.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police First and Third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
