.. Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for the deliberate violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.9011 of 2022 vide order dated 21.03.2025.

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.9011 of 2022, dated 21.03.2025.

2.The issue that has been raised in the contempt petition is to the effect that the Assistants will include Senior Typist and Junior Assistant and also Typist and therefore, they must also be included in the 2% reservation. This issue cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. When this Court passed the order, this Court was given to understand that it was only the Superintendent, Assistant and Junior Assistant 2/4

working in the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service who will be entitled for the 2% reservation. In view of the same, the issue that was canvassed by the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner cannot be gone into in this contempt petition. It is left open to the petitioners to file appropriate petition seeking for review or clarification on this issue. 3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected sub application is also closed.
