This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 07.02.2013 passed by the first respondent directing the petitioner to delete the word "Mather" from its name.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner themselves changed their name, pursuant to the order impugned dated 07.02.2013.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
