ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.Karthik Rajan, learned Standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021 seeking appointment order to the post of Junior Assistant in the 3rd respondent Department. 4.

This Court heard the rival submissions and perused the materials placed before it.

This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by her in this writ petition, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
