ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2022 consequently direct the respondents to remove his name in History sheet No.440/2021 on the file of the respondents.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and that due to political rivalry, the respondent police have falsely implicated the petitioner in this case. damaging the reputation of the petitioner in the society. Hence, he prays that the name of the petitioner be removed from History sheet No.440/2021 on the file of the respondent Police. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been involved in two other cases. One case in Crime no.687 of 2021 for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC, wherein charge sheet has already been filed and in the other case in Crime No.748 of 2021 for the offences under Section 143, 341, 188, 269, & 270 IPC, wherein, the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner was involved in two other cases, this Court is not inclined to pass the order as sought for in the Writ Petition.
