Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.15434 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GANESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15434 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 419, 467, 471 and 472 IPC in Crime No.15 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and that since the petitioner is working and his family depend upon his income only, he find difficulty in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the condition.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past 45 days.

5. Considering the nature of the offence and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15434 of 2018, dated 06.07.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders"
