J U D G M E N T

When the matter was listed on 07.11.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant had died on 12.11.2015 and sought time for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and the 7th respondent. Though sufficient time was granted on 07.11.2017, 29.11.2017 and 14.12.2017, the appellant has not taken any steps so far. In these circumstances, the Appeal stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
