Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 23.07.2014 seeking refund of the forfeited amount with accrued interest there on and to cancel of blacklisting and dispose it on merits within time frame. 2. The petitioners made a representation on 23.07.2014, stating that the criminal case initiated against them had ended in acquittal. Therefore, the amount forfeited has to be returned. It is also mentioned that for similarly placed persons, such a course was

adopted.

3. Considering the scope of prayer sought for in these writ petitions, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 23.07.2014, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
