C.M.P.No.9502 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.52272 of 2023 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the fair and decretal order dated 22.12.2022 made in I.A.No.3 of 2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.381 of 2020 on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Coimbatore.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the production of the certified copy of the fair and decretal order is dispensed with for the present and this petition is accordingly ordered.
