Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to have departmental enquiry on respondents 4 and 5 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2014 and consequently place the 4th respondent under suspension in the pendency of departmental enquiry.

ORDER

Seeking to issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate departmental enquiry against the respondents 4 and 5 based on his representation dated 23.06.2014 and for a consequential direction to place the 4th respondent under suspension, the petitioner is now before this court with this writ petition .

2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is accordingly granted.
