(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of brevity) has been filed with a prayer for 'Condonation of Delay' (hereinafter 'CoD' for the sake of brevity) qua 886 days delay in representing captioned appeal being O.S.A. (CAD) SR. No.31020 of 2022.

2. Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel for CMP petitioners and Mr.K.Kumaraguru, learned counsel for sole respondent are before us.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners draws our attention to paragraph 4 of the support affidavit and submits that the reasons have been articulated thereat. To be noted, paragraph 4 reads as follows:

'4. I submit that we shifted our Office from Door No.23, Dr.Ranga Road, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004 to Door No.1, Stone Link Road, R.A.Puram, 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

mmi Chennai - 600 028 during October, 2023. At that time, the papers got accidentally mixed up with old disposed of records. The papers were traced on 24.04.2024 and have been represented immediately without any further delay.'

4. Learned counsel for sole respondent does not oppose the prayer.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the trajectory the matter has taken thus far, on the facts of this case, we accept the aforementioned reasons and accede to the condonation of delay prayer.
