Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to sponsor petitioner's name for the post of Hostel Warden interview to be held on 25.02.2010 at the first respondent's office and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as a Hostel Warden.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation seeking employment under the rehabilitation scheme for the land losers.
2.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation claiming job assistance to the authority concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of a copy of this order. On such submission, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also under the rehabilitation Scheme for the land losers by virtue of the land acquisition proceedings, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
