ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that till date, the respondents have not released the cancellation of sale agreement registered on

25.02.2026 vide Doc.No.P/Vandalur33/2026.

2. Mr. U. Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and he has handed over a copy of the order passed by the second respondent dated 09.04.2026, refusing to register the deed of cancellation of sale agreement presented by the petitioner on 25.02.2026 vide Doc.No.P/Vandalur33/2026.

3. Since the second respondent has passed an order, refusing to register the deed of cancellation of sale agreement presented by the petitioner for registration, the petitioner will have to challenge the same by filing a separate writ petition or by challenging the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by the second respondent, refusing to register the deed of cancellation of sale agreement presented by the petitioner on 25.02.2026 vide Doc.No.P/Vandalur33/2026 in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
