The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Principal Accountant General of Tamil Nadu brought to the notice of this Court that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6270 of 2012 dated 15.11.2016, has been complied with and in this regard, the Senior Accounts officer also provided an information to the learned counsel for the Principal Accountant General.

2.This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
