ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to receive the petitioner's complaint and initiate suitable action on the complaints dated 27.11.2020, 23.12.2020 and reminder dated 26.03.2021 thereon to trace out the original Sale Deed dated 14.11.2008 registered as Document No.10752 of 2008 in S.R.O Kundrathur and hand over it to the petitioner and if it is not traceable to direct the respondent to issue to the petitioner a non - traceable certificate within a time-frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Mr. V.Daniel, learned counsel for the petitioner and A.Damodaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent shall consider the petitioner's complaint dated 27.11.2020, 23.12.2020 and reminder dated 26.03.2021 and in the event of the original documents not being able to be traced, a "Non Traceable Certificate" shall be issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
