O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider the appeal preferred by the writ petitioner on 21.08.2017 and pass orders. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner is working as Forest Officer and an order of recovery was issued by the Principal Chief Conservator, in proceedings dated 19.06.2017 and the same is yet to be considered.

Thus, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
