This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.5030 of 2023 in which the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (out of which one should be a blood surety).

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate.
