Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioners shall appear before respondent police once in week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.NO.8049 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.7851 of 2018 dated 26.04.2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.SIDHARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8049 of 2018 Crl.O.P.No.7851 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 307 of IPC @ 307, 302, 147, 148, 294(b), 341 and 120(B) of IPC in Crime No.89 of 2018, while granting bail to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and that since the petitioner is working and his family depend upon his income only, he find difficulty in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the condition.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past 9 weeks.

5. Considering the nature of the offence and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8049 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.15431 of 2018, dated 20.06.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders"
