ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry or arrest without any basis or complaint from any corner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is involved in nine cases of house breaking and theft in various police stations in North Madras. Therefore, the police are keeping watch on the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction as prayed for can be granted to the petitioner.
