Under this circumstance, this Court presumes that the revision petitioner does not have any interest to get on with the revision petition. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the

revision petition is deserved to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
