ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai challenging the impugned possession notice dated 06.6.2018 issued by the first respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned possession notice dated 06.6.2018 issued by the first respondent before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai. If the petitioner approaches the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai shall decide the same in accordance with law.
