The prayer sought for herein is to extend the time for completion of Arbitral Proceedings and passing of award by the Hon'ble Tribunal, for a further period of six months i.e., until 21.10.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal was over by 21.04.2019, within which, the arbitration proceedings has reached the stage of arguments by both the learned counsel, for which the arbitrator has posted the case some time in June, and therefore, in order to complete the Arbitral Proceedings and to pass a final award, both the learned counsel seek for further extension of time.

4. Considering the said factual matrix made out by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months from 21.04.2019, within which period, it is expected that the arbitration proceedings would be concluded and final award would be passed.
