ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.10.2019.

2.On perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.10.2019, it is seen that the petitioner is a tenant under one Prem, who is an Head Constable in Police Department. There is some dispute with regard to tenancy and nowhere it could be seen that there is any averments or materials to entertain the complaint. Due to some misunderstanding with regard to tenancy, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the said Prem.

3.The complaint is lodged by the tenant against the landlord, which is a civil dispute. The complaint does not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
