This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in Cr.No.57 of 2015 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same with regard to this petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in Cr.No.57 of 2015 has been completed and Final Report has been filed on 02.06.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar.
