O R D E R
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order 1982, R/w. 7(i) (a) (ii) of EC Act-1955, in Crime No.81 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that on 28.07.2020, the respondent found the petitioner transporting 15000 Kgs of PDS rice in two lorries and the above said lorries and rice was seized by the respondent police. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and that a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner transported 15000 Kgs of PDS rice and the above said lorries and rice was seized by the respondent police. He would further submit that the petitioner has three previous cases of similar nature. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions of the learned Counsel and the fact that the petitioner has three previous cases of similar nature against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
