This petition has been filed for a direction directing the direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.765 of 2019 and file a final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent already completed the investigation in Crime No.765 of 2019 and closed as ''Mistake of Fact'' as early as on 23.11.2019. The referred charge sheet notice also served to the petitioner in R.C.S.No.721 of 2019. However, from the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court concerned by way of private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised.

3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
