3.The learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the basis on which the present Writ Petitions are filed does not exist any more. Proceedings in O.A.No.74 of 2021 were re-transferred from the 1st Bench of the Principal Bench of National Green Tribunal, New Delhi, to the The National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai / the 1st respondent herein. Therefore, the prayer sought in these Writ Petitions have become infructuous.
