ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, while the order dated 30.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8010 of 2026 grants bail to the petitioner, in the prayer portion of the cause title, instead of mentioning "Crime No.79 of 2026", due to an inadvertent typographical error, it has been mentioned as "Spl.S.C.No.5 of 2022". Accordingly, the prayer portion in the order dated 30.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8010 of 2026 is modified as follows: "Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.79 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police."

4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections by substituting the revised prayer in place of the original and to issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
