O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd & 3rd respondents/police to register the complaint dated 29.03.2012 against A.Pitchiah, investigate and proceed against the said person as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have not received a complaint dated 29.03.2012 said to have been given by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to go in person and lodge a detailed complaint before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tambaram within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into by the said police and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
