Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 21.07.2015 followed by 10.04.2017 and 28.08.2017 and thereby initiate appropriate departmental action against the 3rd respondent. The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.07.2015, 10.04.2017 and on 28.08.2017 respectively, in relation to the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against the third respondent.

The writ petitioner claims to be the wife of the third respondent and she has made certain allegations against the third respondent and complaint was also submitted in this regard to the official respondents on various dates. The main allegation is that the third respondent has committed an offence of bigamy and in spite of that no action was taken by the competent authority under the Government Servant Conduct Rules. 3.

However, without going into the merits of this case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.07.2015, 10.04.2017 and on 28.08.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
