Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8301 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B) and 489(C) of I.P.C in Crime No.42 of 2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.
