Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders on 27.04.2021 in Crl.OP.No.7035 of 2021 and pass such her further orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 6(b) of the order dated 27.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7035 of 2021.
2. This Court, vide order dated 27.04.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 27.04.2021 stand unaltered.
