These petitions have been filed to fix an early date for final hearing and disposal of the above criminal revisions.

2. This Court is inclined to take up the ready matters for hearing at any time, when both the counsel are ready to argue. Today, when the matters came up for hearing, this Court informed the petitioner's counsel to argue the matter in the revision itself. There is no need to fix an early time for hearing. Therefore, the matters are passed it over.

3. After completing the list, the matter was called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Since, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, Crl.MP.Nos.7843 and 7844 of 2021 are dismissed.

4. Registry is directed to post Crl.R.C.Nos.410 and 408 of 2020 in the usual course.
