This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in view of the complaint pending against him in crime number not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant CSR No.249 of 2020 was issued and after conducting enquiry, the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
