This criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 126 of 2023 pending before the respondent Police within a stipulated period. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.126 of 2023 within a period of two months from today.
