ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Complaining that the petitioner's minor daughter has been illegally detained in the custody of the respondents 3 to 5, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. Incidentally, the petitioner's complaint in this regard was registered in Crime No.142 of 2024 on 06.04.2024 under the caption 'Girl Missing' by the second respondent Police.
3.Pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, the second respondent herein had produced the petitioner's minor daughter before us. We had interacted with the minor girl and she expressed that she is willing to reconcile with
her parents and live under their care and custody. 4.In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, it is closed.
