This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending trail in Spl.S.C No. 14 of 2023 before the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Tiruppur.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had sexual intercourse with the victim girl. Hence,the case.
